The five causes, in order of how often they happen
- Name mismatch on the UPI handle. The handle carries a name; it must match your verified documents. This one cause outnumbers the other four together.
- KYC not yet approved. The request sits in review until documents clear.
- A bonus still wagering. Blocked, not slow. The cashier usually says so in small type.
- An amount over a cap. Either refused outright or trimmed to the ceiling.
- A typo in the handle. A wrong VPA either bounces after a day or, worse, pays a stranger — check character by character before you submit.
What to send support
- Your account ID and the withdrawal timestamp.
- The exact amount requested and the UPI handle you gave.
- A screenshot of the cashier line, including its status.

When it is your bank, not the casino
If the provider has a reference and your bank has no record, the money is between the two of them and your bank is the party who can look. Indian banks trace an inbound UPI credit from the reference in a day or two. This is rare, but it is the one case where pushing the casino harder achieves nothing at all.

- Register one handle, in your own name, and reuse it for every payout.
- Withdraw the same way you deposited, so both legs sit on the same rail.
