Sugar Rush 1000 is a 7x7 grid of jelly sweets. There are no paylines: five or more matching symbols touching each other, up, down or sideways, form a cluster and pay. The multiplier spots, step by step
When a symbol explodes as part of a win, it leaves a mark on its square. If another win explodes on that same marked square during the same tumble sequence, the square becomes a 2x multiplier spot. Each further hit doubles it: 4x, 8x, 16x and upward. Any cluster passing over multiplier spots has their values added together and applied to the win.
In the base game those spots reset when the tumbling stops. That’s why base-game wins stay mostly small: the grid rarely has time to build. In the 1000 edition a spot can double all the way to 1,024x, eight times the original’s cap of 128x.

Why the free spins are the real game
Land three or more scatters and you get free spins, and in free spins the marked squares and multiplier spots do not reset between spins. They stay for the whole round.
